This lovely condo is rented
directly and exclusively by its owner only on very special occasions, not
for business purposes, but only to help defray the heavy maintenance expenses.
It will provide you with an ideal option to enjoy comfortable vacations
at a very reasonable rate.
Condo Solymar is a large, one-bedroom, beach-front,
privately owned and managed condo located
on
Icacos beach, with a spectacular panoramic
view of Acapulco Bay
and of the lovely pool area below.
It is beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned.
The reception room and dining area is very
large and has access to a large balcony.
The bedroom has
2 double beds and
an additional 4 can sleep in the reception
area
on two sofas with roll out beds.
The large bathroom area is equipped with
a separate shower, WC/bathtub and
dressing areas.
Other amenities include Direct TV, a fully-equipped
kitchenette, maid service 6 days a week,
stereo and all the Condominio's
services. These include porter,
full access to the beautiful pool area,
pool bar
and restaurant, and to the sand beach in front.

It sleeps a total of 8 people.
Rental Arrangements:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the
reservation and the Balance is payable
upon arrival.
In case of a cancellation, the 50% deposit
is not
refundable but it is not lost either, as we
are
always happy to reschedule for some later
date convenient
to both parties.
