Rates subject to changes

A 50% of the total amount is required to
secure and confirm a reservation and the
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
In case of a cancellation this deposit is not 
refundable but if we're notified at least 20 
days before arrival year round and 30 days
for Christmas, New Year and Holy week - it will
be credited - for one change only - to a future
rental rescheduled at the convenience
of both parties according to availability.

Se requiere un depósito del 50% del monto
total para confirmar la reservación y el saldo
debe pagarse 30 días antes de la llegada.

En caso de cancelación, este depósito no es
reembolsable pero se le acreditará - por un
solo cambio  -  a una futura renta en fechas
convenientes para ambas partes siempre y 
cuando nos den preaviso de 20 días todo
el año y 30 días para Navidad, Año
Nuevo y Semana Santa
